Federal States

The Federal Republic of Theodorus is not a secessionist-separatist state.

To enable the theodoran people to live in a region peaceful, stable and temperate climate, the Republic of Theodorus, acquired territories in Southern Europe. The federal states are built on these territories. These territories, owned by the Federal Republic of Theodorus, are part of the another state. The Federal Republic of Theodorus does not claim these territories. In these territories, apply the laws of the state which holds sovereignty and the laws of the Federal Republic of Theodorus.

Theodorans citizens of the theodorian federal states (Barletland, Otranburgo, Terraslandia, Saint John) have dual nationality, theodoran and that of the state which holds sovereignty. Theodorans laws in the theodorian federal states (Barletland, Otranburgo, Terraslandia, Saint John) can not be in conflict to the laws of the state which holds sovereignty. Theodorus's government has undertaken not to engage any activity detrimental to the state which holds sovereignty.

The four federal states are subdivided into counties. The federal states do not have the right to secede, and they are not allowed to conduct foreign policy.
